Who are you?

My name is Jenifer and my company name is Craftastic Designs.

Where are you located?

I live in Wake Forest, NC

What is your favorite place to visit in North Carolina?

Most certainly the mountains. I think it is beautiful to visit and such a family friendly spot.

What do you create and how long have you done so?

I love to craft. It is my stress relief. My favorite thing to create are diaper cakes. I like that they are practical and double as a shower centerpiece, nursery decoration and then can be used.

What is the most time consuming part of your craft?

Perfecting the details. I sit and analyze everything!!

What is you most popular item that you create?

Locally it is diaper cakes. On etsy it is the E-book instructions. I think it is most popular because Etsians are crafty and like to try it themselves first.;-)

How do you envision your creations being used by your customers?

I envision them being the wow factor at the baby shower, then adorning a nursery and then used up .;-)

How do you acquire new clients?

Mostly, I get called because they saw my cake and took my card. Word of mouth travels fast and far.

What types of things do you do to turn first time buyers into repeat clients?

I make a product that is perfect for them, I contact the customer each step of the way to show pictures, ask any questions etc. I make sure there gift is ready quickly and gift wrapped neatly. Presentation is so important.

What are your goals?

To enjoy what I am doing and share my fun with others.
