Handmade Happenings - April 30-May 1, 2011

The forecast says it's going to be a beautiful spring weekend, perfect for enjoying arts & crafts festivals and taking care of your Mother's Day and Graduation shopping! NC Triangle Team artists will be out in Raleigh, Cary and Chapel Hill this weekend.  See you there!

Designers Downtown Market - Raleigh
The "DDM" features fine locally made arts and crafts with an outdoor big city feel.  Our vendors showcase some of the finest handcrafted arts and crafts in the area: jewelry, pottery, apparel, stained glass, paper crafts and more!

Spring Daze Arts & Crafts Festival - Cary
The festival is filled with wonderful arts and crafts, your favorite festival foods, community based civic groups handing out information on things you can get involved with, and entertainment. Children will be delighted by activities just for them in the Children’s Village and the always popular Lazy Daze Playground – the center of the village. In the Earth Day area of the festival, you can find out how to play a role in preserving our natural resources and protecting the environment.

Trunk Show at A Southern Season - Chapel Hill
