The Seventh Annual Hillsborough Downtown Arts and Crafts Show
The Hillsborough Arts and Crafts Show is a juried arts event hosted by the Hillsborough Arts Council that offers a "taste" of Hillsborough in the heart of downtown! Music, food, drinks and buying local? Sounds like a great way to start the weekend.
Where:Alexander Dickson House, Orange County Visitors Center, 150 East King Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278
When: 10am-4pm; Rain date: Sunday, April 12th
Artist to Visit: Zendustria
Hillsborough Street, Raleigh will have three different stages of musicians performing, in addition to local artisans, food trucks, and environmental workshops. Free, fun and family friendly!
Where: Hillsborough Street, Raleigh (street will not be shut down)
When: 2pm-9pm (though it could go 'til even later!)
Artist to Visit: Bordeaux Lane Studio (at NCSU Campus Farmers Market)
The Durham Craft Market is a fun outdoor market which offers a rotating
slate of approximately 35 artisans. They represent many different
categories of craft, all of which are hand-made in the Durham area, and
are of outstanding quality.
Where: Central Park, 501 Foster St., Durham
When: 8am-12noon
