17th Annual Spring Daze Arts & Crafts Festival
Bring the entire family for a day of art, entertainment and good food at Bond Park! More than 170 artists, Earth Day activities, an appearance by American Idol contestant Anoop Desai and more!

Maker Faire: North Carolina
Maker Faire: NC celebrates things people create themselves -- from James Bond-worthy electronic gizmos to Martha Stewart-quality "slow made" foods and homemade clothes. Inspiration is ubiquitous at the festival and there are surprises around every corner for people of all ages. Also, Kari Chapin, author of The Handmade Marketplace, will be signing books from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
