Handmade Happenings - August 27-29, 2010

A hint of cooler weather earlier this week tells us that it's time to kick off the fall handmade arts & crafts season with the Lazy Daze Festival in Cary!  After you've shopped, don't drop until you've been to Escazu Chocolates in Raleigh for an evening treat of artisan chocolate and handmade jewelry at their special Trunk Show Saturday evening.  See you there!

34th Annual Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival
It's a big weekend in Cary with the town's annual Lazy Daze Arts and Crafts Festival in downtown Cary. You'll find live entertainment, hundreds of arts & crafts vendors, food and more!  (Please visit check their website for parking & shuttle information.)

When: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Local Jewelry Trunk Show
A select group of local jewelry makers will show their work at Escazu Artisan Chocolates for an evening of handmade & local pretties & yummies!
