Raleigh's annual downtown arts festival is bigger & better than ever this year, with Kidsplosure, live music & more!  The Art Market is in the streets surrounding Moores Square & south on Blount Street. Plenty of downtown locations are hosting special events in conjunction with Artsplosure, so there's plenty to do!

Lending a Paw

Members of the NC Triangle Team have donated a special basket of handmade gifts to be auctioned by SAFE Haven for Cats at their Tuxedo Cat Ball!  The event is being held tonight, Friday, April 29, from 7-11 pm at the Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh, and tickets are still available online and at the door!

SAFE Haven For Cats (SHFC) is a no-kill shelter for cats located in the North Raleigh area. In addition to providing adoption services for cats and kittens in need of good homes, we also manage a foster program for animals requiring a little extra love and care. We further assist our community in providing feline spay and neuter services in connection with SAFE Care Feline Spay Neuter Clinic.

More than a dozen of our terrific Triangle area artists will be displaying their work at events this weekend! The Durham Art Walk Spring Market has something for everyone with art, crafts, jewelry, fashion, live music at indoor & outdoor venues, interactive events, food trucks, raffles & more! If you're in Raleigh, be sure to visit Spring Fling at the Raleigh Moravian Church, too.  Both are great opportunities to find unique, handmade & locally-made gifts for Easter, Mother's & Father's Day, and graduations.
