Lark Artists invite you to Buy Handmade and shop local at the Handmade Holiday Art Show!  This one-day shopping event showcases the work of 40+ artists and designers, many from the Asheboro area.  Shop local and buy handmade to discover fresh, modern takes on traditional crafts like pottery, jewelry, clothing, art, toys, and more!

Saint Nicholas European Christmas Market
7th Annual St. Nicholas European Christmas Market features food, decorative items, vintage linens, and handmade gifts celebrating Christmas around the world.  Done in the tradition of a European Christmas Market, shoppers can visit each country (Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Germany, Scandinavia, Italy, Ireland, and Mexico) as well as our many popup vendors.  Enjoy a Slavic lunch while listening to the Little German Band and take home delicious baked goods!

Durham Patchwork Mini-Market

Holly Day Fair
Holly Day Fair, presented by the Junior League of Fayetteville, is the largest holiday gift show in Eastern North Carolina. Holly Day Fair is a one-stop holiday shopping event that draws an average of 23,000 attendees and over 160 vendors. It is also the JLF's only fundraiser with all proceeds going back into the community.

Fall Craft Fair at the State Farmer's Market
Go one-stop holiday shopping at the State Farmers Market's annual Fall Craft Fair. More than 100 local crafters will feature a range of gifts and unique decorating ideas, including wreaths, ornaments, quilted items, floral arrangements, stained glass, woodworking, pottery, jewelry, soaps, baskets, candles, handbags, birdhouses, ornamental garden accessories and more. The market will also have plenty of fresh local food and menu ideas for upcoming holiday meals, including sweet potatoes, greens and other fall produce that is in season. Admission to the craft fair is free.

Considered Raleigh’s premier and most original shopping event, SPREE! is an annual four-day shopping fundraiser that showcases more than 160 juried regional and national exhibitors offering the latest in fashion and home decor trends, unique presents and holiday merchandise.

The 12th annual Day in Downtown Street Festival, organized by the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce, will be held Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Held on Main Street in the historic downtown Fuquay retail district, the event will include live dance and music demonstrations, a juried arts & crafts fair, a beer & wine festival, and a food truck rodeo to create activities at all ends of the downtown area. Art vendors are currently being sought to display their wares for local residents just in time for holiday shopping. Interested artists must provide samples of their work to be considered for this festival, but the pricing is right and the timing is perfect for local shoppers.

Cooke Street Carnival
Cooke Street Carnival is a grassroots neighborhood festival that happens each Fall on Cooke Street which is located in the Idlewild Neighborhood, just a few blocks East of Historic Oakwood in Downtown Raleigh and West of St. Augustine's University. The event was inspired by the Notting Hill Carnival in London, Mardi Gras in New Orleans, as well as your typical Southern Fall Festivals/Carnivals that happen all around North Carolina each year.  You will find art vendors, farm vendors, food trucks, beverage and desert trucks, live music, and even a Moon Pie eating contest!  Looks to be a lot of fun!

Crystal Coast Con
The Crystal Coast Con, the best Sci Fi, Fantasy and the Gaming Tournament on the beautiful eastern Crystal Coast of North Carolina. This years event, the 4th Annual Crystal Coast Con, promises to be even bigger and better than the others. Not only are the 501st Storm Troopers reporting for duty to the event, we have it on good authority that Chewbacca himself will be here!
